The Belgium Event of Line Dance aims to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for all participants. Please take note of the following important information:

1. Travel Expenses:

The Belgium Event of Line Dance does not take responsibility for the reimbursement of travel expenses, including those related to hotels, flights, or other forms of transportation. We strongly advise participants to check with their travel insurance providers for coverage.

2. Registration Refund:

Cancellation of registration is eligible for a refund up until one week before the registration closes (3/11/2024).

 

3. Liability Waiver:

All competitors and spectators declare that they absolve the organizers and members of the organization from any responsibility in case of physical or material problems.

 

4. Minors:

Minors attending the event are under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

 

5. Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the event venue.

 

6. Alcohol Consumption:

Alcohol consumption is tolerated within the limits set by Belgian legislation.

 

7. Prohibited Substances:

The consumption of illegal substances, as defined by Belgian legislation, is strictly forbidden.

 

8. Unacceptable Behavior:

Any person whose behavior is deemed unacceptable may be expelled from the event without compensation.

 

9. Media Consent:

By registering for the competition, dance parties and workshop weekend, you grant permission for the organizers and partners to publish photos or videos in which you appear.

 

10. Personal Equipment:

Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The organizer is not liable for losses or theft of personal items.

 

11. Health and Safety:

Participants are encouraged to take precautions for their own health and safety during the event. Please report any health concerns to the organizers.

12. Respect for the Venue:

Participants are expected to respect the event venue, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to venue rules.

13. Program Responsibility:

Schedules and programs are subject to change, and participants are responsible for checking regular updates on our social media and event website.
